What you'll do
You will be key in the health monitoring and care of residents. Your mission will be to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered healthcare. Your main duties will be...
💙 Monitor the health status of residents, administering medication and treatments, performing wound care, monitoring vital signs, and following up on chronic conditions.
💙 Participate in the Individualized Care Plan and coordinate care with the rest of the center's professionals.
💙 Promote good care practices and risk prevention, contributing to the quality and continuity of care.
💙 Support and guide residents and families, collaborating with the team and recording the progress of residents to ensure the continuity of care.
How you'll work
🧍♂️ Shift: Night
⌛Working day: Part-time: 7/8 nights per month and alternating weekends
🕕 Hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
