What you'll do
As an elderly care assistant, you will contribute to the well-being and quality of life of elderly people, accompanying them in their day-to-day life with close, respectful, and person-centered care, alongside the multidisciplinary team. 💙 Accompanying residents in their daily living activities and basic care, assisting with hygiene, nutrition, and mobility, and contributing to their well-being and quality of life.
💙 Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional state, participating in the Individualized Care Plans.
💙 Working in a coordinated manner with the center's professionals, maintaining close communication with residents and families, providing comprehensive, person-centered care.
💙 Recording residents' daily progress, ensuring continuity of care.
How you'll work
🧍♂️ Work shift: Morning
⌛Working day: Part-time (45%). 18h per week
🕕 Schedule: From 7h to 10h. Saturday or Sunday off
