We are looking for a Cook for institutional catering to join one of our centers. The person hired will be responsible for planning, preparing and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.

What you'll do

  • Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.

  • Prepare adapted menus and diets.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.

  • Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.

  • Train new team members in cooking practices and company procedures.
