Required profile

• Solid experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process consulting.
• Previous experience in regulated environments or with high operational control requirements.
• Ability to lead the analysis and redesign of complex processes.
• Experience in the sustainability of efficiencies and the prevention of inefficiencies.
• Strategic vision, results orientation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Will be valued

• Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies (services) and Six Sigma (conceptual approach).
• Experience in process governance and continuous improvement models.
• Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, operational control, and operational risk.

At Servinform, we are looking to hire a Senior Continuous Improvement and Operational Efficiency Consultant for a strategic project in a regulated environment (insurance/financial). The objective of the position is to design, implement, and consolidate a structured model of continuous improvement and efficiency, ensuring the sustainability of operational efficiencies, the prevention of inefficiencies, and the correct integration of the model into the teams' day-to-day activities.

The selected person will work from a global process vision, acting as a link between business and operations, with a practical, preventive approach oriented toward real impact on quality, cost, and operational risk.

Your main responsibilities and functions in your day-to-day will be:

• Design the continuous improvement and operational efficiency model adapted to the organization.
• Analyze critical processes to identify rework, unnecessary controls, and operational variability.
• Propose and implement high-impact incremental improvements, ensuring their sustainability over time.
• Define review, monitoring, and prioritization cycles for improvements.
• Implement a preventive approach through standards, checklists, alerts, and control mechanisms.
• Accompany operational teams in the adoption of the model, integrating it into routines, committees, and objectives.
• Measure and translate improvements into tangible impact (time, cost, quality, and risk).
• Transfer knowledge and create internal capabilities to guarantee the continuity of the model without dependence on the consultant.
