We are looking for a Documentation Administrator with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, for our Torrejon de Ardoz Delegation.

What you'll do

Job functions:
-Incident control
-Transport departure and reception
-Preparation of delivery notes
-Handling the delivery of documentation to drivers
-Filing, scanning, and documentation
-Schedule validation

-Shipment entry

How you'll work

- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (7:00-15:00h. / 15:00-23:00 h.)

- Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and from Tuesday to Saturday.

- Availability on Saturdays and Holidays.
