Structural Engineer - Industrial Buildings and Foundations

Location: Spain (Remote), Freelance

We are looking for a Civil Engineer, Roads, Canals, and Ports Engineer, or Industrial Engineer specialized in structural calculation for industrial, logistics, and commercial building projects.

The selected candidate will work as a structural designer with a high degree of autonomy, participating in the design and sizing of steel structures, concrete elements, and deep or special foundations.

· Design and calculation of steel structures for industrial, logistics, and commercial buildings.

· Sizing of reinforced and precast concrete elements.

· Design and calculation of shallow and deep foundations.

· Calculation of Piloting, Sheeting, and Shoring.

· Walls and containment systems.

· Modeling and optimization of structures.

· Development and checking of nodes and structural details.

· Optimization of steel and concrete measurements.

· Verification of structures in accordance with the Structural Code and Eurocodes EC-2, EC-3, and EC-7.

· Performance of seismic checks in accordance with the applicable regulations.

· Coordination of construction details with drafting and BIM teams.

· Review of plans and executive project documentation.

· Preparation of reports and calculation annexes.

Our client is an engineering company specialized in the development of infrastructure projects, civil works, and structures, providing professional services in the field of Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals, and Ports.

· Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in structural calculation.

· Experience in industrial, logistics, commercial, or similar building projects.

· Solid knowledge of steel and concrete structures.

· Experience in foundation design and geotechnical solutions.

· Ability to work autonomously on executive projects.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Civil, Ingeniero/a de Caminos o Ingeniero/a Industrial especializado/a en cálculo estructural para proyectos de edificación industrial, logística y comercial.

La persona seleccionada trabajará como calculista estructural con un elevado grado de autonomía, participando en el diseño y dimensionamiento de estructuras metálicas, elementos de hormigón y cimentaciones profundas o especiales.

· Diseño y cálculo de estructuras metálicas para edificios industriales, logísticos y comerciales.

· Dimensionamiento de elementos de hormigón armado y prefabricado.

· Diseño y cálculo de cimentaciones superficiales y profundas.

· Cálculo de Pilotajes, Encepados y Pantallas.

· Muros y sistemas de contención.

· Modelización y optimización de estructuras.

· Desarrollo y comprobación de nudos y detalles estructurales complejos.

· Optimización de mediciones de acero y hormigón.

· Verificación de estructuras conforme al Código Estructural y Eurocódigos EC-2, EC-3 y EC-7.

· Realización de comprobaciones sísmicas de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable.

· Coordinación de detalles constructivos con los equipos de delineación y BIM.

· Revisión de planos y documentación de proyecto ejecutivo.

· Elaboración de memorias y anejos de cálculo.

Nuestro cliente es una empresa de ingeniería especializada en el desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructuras, obra civil y estructuras, que presta servicios profesionales en el ámbito de la Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.

· Titulación en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.

· Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cálculo de estructuras.

· Experiencia en proyectos de edificación industrial, logística, comercial o similares.

· Conocimientos sólidos de estructuras metálicas y de hormigón.

· Experiencia en diseño de cimentaciones y soluciones geotécnicas.

· Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en proyectos ejecutivos.
