Senior Production Operator - Carbon Fibre

· Demonstrable professional experience in manufacturing composite materials, especially carbon fiber/CFRP.

· Practical experience in lamination, infusion, and hand lay-up processes.

· Knowledge of curing processes and handling of composite materials.

· Ability to interpret drawings, manufacturing instructions, and technical documentation.

· Experience in finishing, machining, or preparation of composite parts.

· Knowledge and experience working under quality and traceability procedures.

· Ability to work autonomously, in an organized manner, and following established standards.

· Attention to detail and quality orientation.

· Ability to work in a team and follow standardized procedures.

· Previous experience in the aeronautical/aerospace sector.

· Experience working with carbon fiber prepregs.

· Experience in manufacturing processes using autoclave.

· Experience in environments certified under ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.

· Knowledge of quality control, traceability, and non-conformity management.

· Experience with tooling and molds for composites.

· Training related to Mechanical Manufacturing, Composite Materials, or Industrial Maintenance.

The selected candidate will join the production team and will directly participate in the manufacturing of components for the aerospace sector, working with composite materials and high-precision manufacturing processes.

We are looking for a person with practical experience, autonomy, and attention to detail, accustomed to working following demanding procedures and quality standards.

· Manufacturing and finishing of components in composite materials, especially carbon fiber (CFRP).

· Preparation of molds and tooling for manufacturing processes.

· Cutting, handling, and preparation of composite materials.

· Performing lamination and lay-up processes of carbon fiber prepregs.

· Preparation of parts for curing processes in oven/autoclave.

· Demolding, finishing, and machining operations of components.

· Visual inspection and quality control during the different manufacturing phases.

· Completion of production records and documentation, ensuring process traceability.

· Working following procedures, technical instructions, and quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001.

· Identification and communication of deviations, non-conformities, or incidents during the process.

· Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workstation in accordance with 5S standards.

· Collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams in resolving issues and continuous improvement of processes.

· Support and guidance to junior profiles within the production team.
