Quality Engineer - Aerospace Sector

· Experience in the aerospace/aeronautical sector.

· Experience in environments certified under ISO 9001.

· Knowledge of aerospace quality management systems.

· Experience in quality audits.

· Knowledge of risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

· Experience in manufacturing processes of composite materials/CFRP.

· Experience or knowledge in the design of components and tooling.

· Proficiency in CAD tools, especially Fusion 360 and Inventor.

· Experience in reviewing and preparing technical documentation.

The selected candidate will join the team to participate in projects related to quality, engineering, and manufacturing of aerospace components, providing support to both our internal processes and projects developed for clients through outsourcing services.

We are looking for a technical, organized, and proactive profile, with the ability to work autonomously and coordinate with the Engineering, Production, and Quality teams, ensuring compliance with established technical and quality requirements.

· Monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.

· Participation in the preparation, monitoring, and closing of internal and external audits.

· Management and monitoring of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions.

· Root cause identification and monitoring of action plans.

· Control and monitoring of quality indicators and objectives.

· Preparation, updating, and control of procedures, instructions, and documentation of the quality system.

· Ensuring traceability of manufacturing processes and records.

· Monitoring of quality requirements from clients and suppliers.

· Control of technical documentation and records associated with projects.

· Support to the Production department in resolving incidents and quality issues.

· Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and products.

· Risk analysis and identification of potential critical points in processes.

· Collaboration with Engineering in the definition and validation of manufacturing processes.

· Participation in the review of drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

· Support in product design and development activities, according to profile and experience.

· Preparation and review of technical documentation related to design and manufacturing.

· Liaison with clients and suppliers on matters related to quality and technical requirements.

· Monitoring of projects developed through outsourcing, ensuring compliance with established requirements.

· University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar.

· Professional experience in quality within the aerospace or aeronautical sector.

· Experience in quality management systems and application of ISO 9001.

· Experience in managing non-conformities and corrective actions.

· Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial environments.

· Knowledge of CAD tools (Fusion, Inventor).

· Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner.

· Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

· Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

· Availability to work on outsourcing projects and, when necessary, integrate temporarily into client teams.
