Civil Works Foreman

· Previous experience as a Civil Works Foreman, General Foreman, or similar role in construction projects.

· Experience in large-scale or highly complex technical projects.

· Solid knowledge of construction processes for civil works and industrial buildings.

· Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.

· Experience coordinating construction crews and subcontractor companies.

· Knowledge of work scheduling and organization of work fronts.

· Knowledge of occupational risk prevention regulations and on-site safety.

· Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Results-oriented approach to deadlines, quality, and safety.

· Previous experience in data center construction.

· Experience in large industrial, logistics, energy, pharmaceutical, or critical infrastructure projects.

· Experience working in environments with high quality and safety standards.

· Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspections, and site documentation.

· Experience in projects with multiple contractors and disciplines working simultaneously.

Our client is a leading engineering and construction company with extensive experience in technological and industrial projects. We are looking to bring on a Civil Works Foreman to take part in a large-scale project involving the construction of buildings for data centers.

· Supervise and coordinate the daily execution of civil works on the project.

· Organize and manage in-house crews and subcontractor companies present on site.

· Supervise earthworks, excavations, foundations, structures, concrete works, paving, underground utilities, and other civil works-related tasks.

· Interpret drawings, construction details, and project technical documentation.

· Coordinate the execution of works in line with the established schedule and report any deviations or issues.

· Oversee the proper execution of works and verify compliance with required quality standards.

· Coordinate the receipt, distribution, and use of materials and auxiliary equipment on site.

· Carry out daily monitoring of work progress and report to the Site Manager or person in charge.

· Anticipate needs for labor, machinery, materials, and resources to ensure continuity of the works.

· Coordinate the different work fronts and resolve operational issues that may arise during execution.

· Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper organization of work areas.

· Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention, Health and Safety, and Environmental regulations.

· Attend site coordination meetings as required.

· Collaborate with other project teams—structures, architecture, MEP installations, logistics, and commissioning—to ensure correct coordination of the works.
