The role

We are looking for mechanical engineers to provide technical support and training to our clients in the EMEA region for 3D products and their implementation for clients.

What you'll do

Provide implementation services and training remotely or at client facilities.
Resolve technical interventions during on-site implementation.
Collaborate with the level 3 support team by providing additional information about clients.
Document processes and tools used for future reference.

How you'll work

This is an on-site position in Sant Cugat, integrated into the technical hub, with direct collaboration with key global teams in a close-knit and highly collaborative environment.
