EMEA Technical Training Engineer - 3D Printers (English & French)

We are looking for mechanical engineers to provide technical support and training to our clients in the EMEA region for 3D products and their implementation for clients.

The position requires fluency in English and French and availability to travel.

This is an on-site position in Sant Cugat, integrated into the technical hub, with direct collaboration with key global teams in a close-knit and highly collaborative environment.

• Provide implementation services and training remotely or at client facilities.
• Resolve technical interventions during on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with the level 3 support team by providing additional information about clients.
• Document processes and tools used for future reference.

• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software and CAD design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Realizar servicios de implementación y capacitación de manera remota o en las instalaciones de los clientes.
• Resolver intervenciones técnicas durante la implementación en el sitio.
• Colaborar con el equipo de soporte de nivel 3 proporcionando información adicional sobre los clientes.
• Documentar procesos y herramientas utilizados para futuras referencias.

• Dominio fluido de inglés, francés y español.
