We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in Low and Medium Voltage projects to join a leading company in energy engineering and consulting. They will lead projects from the design phase to commissioning, collaborating with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Design and develop Low Voltage and Medium Voltage electrical projects.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, drawings, measurements, and budgets.
• Perform electrical calculations for lines, protections, transformer centers, selectivity, short circuits, and grounding.
• Technically lead electrical engineering projects ensuring scope, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate internal resources and external collaborators.
• Manage technical communication with clients, competent authorities, and distribution companies.
• Supervise technical deliverables and validate engineering solutions.
• Participate in project planning and schedule tracking.
• Perform supervisory and technical assistance duties on-site.
• Supervise the correct execution of Low and Medium Voltage electrical installations.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase.
• Perform periodic inspections, certifications, and commissioning follow-up.
• Develop overhead and underground electrical distribution network projects.
• Design transformer centers and network expansion or reinforcement projects.
• Manage legalization processes and administrative procedures for installations.
• Conduct technical audits, regulatory reviews, and quality controls.
• Identify technical risks and propose corrective and preventive measures.
• Promote criteria for energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a technical reference within multidisciplinary teams.

• Electrical engineering, industrial, automation, and services
• Low and Medium Voltage electrical projects in a leading company in the sector

• Degree or Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
• A Master's in Industrial, Energy Engineering, or Project Management training is valuable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering developing Low and Medium Voltage projects.
• Experience in the direction or supervision of electrical installation works.
• Knowledge and experience working with distribution companies.
• Solid knowledge of REBT, Medium Voltage regulations, transformer centers, and electrical distribution.
• Experience in the preparation of construction projects, electrical calculations, and technical documentation.
• Frequent use of AutoCAD and electrical calculation software.
• Experience in ETAP, DigSilent, Revit, GIS, MS Project, or Power BI is valuable.
• Experience in energy infrastructures, distribution networks, renewables, or self-consumption.
• Analytical ability and high technical rigor.
• Technical leadership and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-oriented, organized, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Driver's license.
• Residence or availability to relocate to the province of Barcelona.
