About the role

If you have a background in engineering and are interested in developing your career in the field of health and safety coordination on construction sites, we offer you the opportunity to come and work with us. The selected candidate will take part in Health and Safety Coordination during the execution phase of construction projects, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the principles of safety and prevention.

We value experience in H&S coordination work, but if you don't have it, we will provide you with internal training and support your professional development.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the application of the general principles of prevention and safety.
  • Carry out prevention work on site and supervise safety conditions at the site.
  • Coordinate activities on site during the execution of the project.
  • Approve the health and safety plan.
  • Coordinate access to the construction site.
  • Act as the liaison with the Health and Safety Coordinator and the SGS client.
  • Prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Degree in Technical Engineering (any specialisation).
  • Degree must be officially recognised in Spain.
  • A master's degree in occupational risk prevention (PRL) is valued.
  • No prior experience is required as a Health and Safety Coordinator, but it is valued.
  • Interest in professional development within the field of Health and Safety on construction sites.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Capacity for learning, teamwork and customer focus.
