Your mission

You will be Silbon's ambassador in the store: the person who connects with the customer, advises them with expertise, and turns every visit into a memorable experience.

What you will do

• Welcome customers with your best smile.

• Advise customers with passion and real product knowledge, creating outfits tailored to them.

• Contribute to the team's sales targets with initiative and a positive attitude.

• Keep the space in perfect condition: tidiness, restocking, and visual merchandising according to Silbon guidelines.

• Actively take part in store life: product management, warehouse, visual displays, seasonal changes, and achieving great sales results with your colleagues.

• Learn and grow: we will train you in product, tailoring, KPIs, and customer service.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in customer service or sales (ideally in fashion, although not essential). What matters to us is attitude.

• Strong customer focus, results orientation, and good communication skills.

Contract and working hours: total transparency

We want to be honest with you from the very beginning, because we believe that is how trust is built.

Your base contract is 20 hours per week — a schedule that, during the quieter months, gives you room to organize yourself, rest, and enjoy your life outside the store.

But Silbon is a living brand, with real seasons. During the other half of the year — sales, launch campaigns, store openings, sales peaks — your schedule can reach full-time hours. That means more presence, more teamwork, and also more pay.

Tu misión

Serás el / la embajador@ de Silbon en tienda: la persona que conecta con el cliente, le asesora con criterio y convierte cada visita en una experiencia memorable.

Lo que harás

• Recibir al cliente con la mejor de tus sonrisas.

• Asesorar al cliente con pasión y conocimiento real del producto, creando estilismos a su medida.

• Contribuir a los objetivos de venta del equipo con iniciativa y actitud positiva.

• Mantener el espacio en perfecto estado: orden, reposición y visual merchandising según las directrices Silbon.

• Participar activamente en la vida de tienda: gestión de producto, almacén, visual, cambios de temporada y alcanzar grandes éxitos de ventas con tus compañeros.

• Aprender y crecer: te formaremos en producto, sastrería, KPIs y atención al cliente.

Lo que buscamos

• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o ventas (idealmente en moda, aunque no imprescindible). Lo que nos importa es la actitud.

• Alta orientación al cliente, resultados y buenas habilidades comunicativas.

Contrato y jornada: transparencia total

Queremos ser honestos contigo desde el primer momento, porque creemos que la confianza se construye así.

Tu contrato base es de 20 horas semanales — una jornada que durante los meses de menor actividad te da margen para organizarte, descansar y disfrutar de tu vida fuera de la tienda.

Pero Silbon es una marca viva, con temporadas de verdad. Durante la otra mitad del año — rebajas, campañas de lanzamiento, apertura de tiendas, picos de venta — tu jornada puede alcanzar la jornada completa. Eso significa más presencia, más equipo, y también más retribución.
