Your mission

You will be Silbon's ambassador in the store: the person who connects with the customer, advises them with expertise, and turns every visit into a memorable experience.

What you will do

• Welcome the customer with your best smile.

• Advise the customer with passion and real product knowledge, creating personalized outfits.

• Contribute to the team's sales goals with initiative and a positive attitude.

• Keep the space in perfect condition: organization, restocking, and visual merchandising according to Silbon guidelines.

• Actively participate in store operations: product management, warehouse, visual displays, seasonal changes, and achieving great sales successes with your colleagues.

• Learn and grow: we will train you in product knowledge, tailoring, KPIs, and customer service.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in customer service or sales (ideally in fashion, although not essential). What matters most to us is your attitude.

• High customer orientation, results-driven, and strong communication skills.

• STORE LOCATION: Oviedo

• STORE HOURS: (note: our schedules may change in summer/winter)

• SCHEDULE TYPE: 08:00 to 11:00 from Monday to Saturday.
