Your mission

You will be the person who makes the store work, inspire, and sell. Your leadership makes the difference in the team's day-to-day and in the experience of every customer who walks through the door.

What you will do

• Lead and motivate the team, being a role model in attitude, product knowledge, and procedures.

• Ensure exceptional customer service from your entire team, boosting sales and building loyalty with those who visit us.

• Be the point-of-sale strategist: implementing scheduling strategies (team schedules for the best possible productivity), product and visual strategy, together with your area managers.

• Support the training of new sales associates and make them feel part of the project from day one. You may even become a trainer, collaborating in the onboarding of other store managers who join the company.

• Analyze store KPIs and turn them into concrete actions that improve performance.

• Be responsible for stock management.

• Ensure the space always reflects the Silbon identity: aesthetic care, impeccable visual merchandising.

• Manage daily operations with judgment, efficiency, and good vibes.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a point of sale in the fashion sector.

• Be the leader your teams want to see themselves reflected in.

Tu misión

Serás la persona que hace que la tienda funcione, inspire y venda. Tu liderazgo marca la diferencia en el día a día del equipo y en la experiencia que vive cada cliente que entra por la puerta.

Lo que harás

• Liderar y motivar al equipo, siendo referente en actitud y en conocimiento del producto y procedimientos.

• Garantizar una atención al cliente excepcional por parte de todo tu equipo, que potencie las ventas y fidelice a quien nos visita.

• Ser estratega del pdv: realizando estrategias horarias (cuadrantes de equipo para la mejor productividad posible), estrategia de producto y visual, con tus responsables de zona.

• Acompañar la formación de los nuevos vendedores y hacer que se sientan parte del proyecto desde el primer día. Podrás incluso convertirte en formador, colaborando en el onboarding de otros encargados que entren en la compañía.

• Analizar los KPIs de la tienda y traducirlos en acciones concretas que mejoren el rendimiento.

• Responsable de la gestión de stock.

• Velar por que el espacio refleje siempre la identidad Silbon: cuidado estético, visual merchandising impecable.

• Gestionar la operativa diaria con criterio, eficiencia y buen rollo.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año liderando un punto de venta en el sector moda.

• Ser el líder en el que tus equipos se quieran ver reflejados.
