IT Support Technician / Service Desk

From our Vitoria office we are looking for an IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN / SERVICE DESK, for a company in the metal sector located in Vitoria, with availability for occasional support trips to Italy (maximum once every 2 months).

Your main duties will be:

- Providing attention and technical support to users in person and remotely.

- Resolving and following up on computer incidents.

- Basic configuration and maintenance of equipment and systems.

- Running functional tests and supporting IT support tasks.

Minimum requirements:

- Minimum education: Higher Level Training Cycle in Computer Science (ASIR).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for users (Service Desk level 1/2).

- Proficiency with incident management and ticketing tools.

- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

- Basic networking knowledge (switching and routing).

- Occasional availability to travel.

Desired requirements:

- Knowledge of cybersecurity.

We offer:

- Full-time position.

- Salary €28,000 gross per year + on-call shifts.

- Split shift and/or shift work.

- 2-month contract through a temp agency + possible 6-month direct hire with the company + permanent contract.

Desde nuestra delegación de Vitoria buscamos un/a TÉCNICO/A DE SOPORTE TIC /CAU, para empresa del sector del metal con ubicación en Vitoria y disponibilidad para hacer viajes puntuales de soporte a Italia (1 vez cada 2 meses máximo).

- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en soporte técnico a usuarios (CAU nivel 1/2).

- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de incidencias y ticketing.

- Conocimientos de Windows Server, Active Directory y Microsoft 365.

- Conocimientos básicos de redes (switching y routing).

- Disponibilidad puntual para viajar.

Requisitos deseados:

- Conocimientos en ciberseguridad.

Se ofrece:

- Jornada completa.

- Salario 28.000€ brutos anuales + guardias.

- Horario partido y/o a turnos..

- Contrato de 2 meses por ETT + incorporación eventual de 6 meses por empresa + indefinido.
