As a Barback at Soho House Barcelona, you are responsible for ensuring that the bar's cleaning and supplies are up to date.

- Provide warm, friendly and efficient service.

- Ensure that the bar is fully stocked at all times, including replenishing ice, spirits and mixers, preparing garnishes and replenishing glasses.

- Clean glassware and store glasses safely and in the correct place.

- Clean cocktail shakers, muddlers, strainers and other bar utensils and ensure they are in the correct place.

- Collect and restock drinks from the storeroom. Restock wines, mixers, spirits, straws, napkins and garnishes.

- Collect glassware from the bar, tables and other sections.

- Serve bar drinks to tables when necessary.

- Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented.

- Assist bartenders in the smooth running of the bar.

- Carry out opening and closing procedures, including, among others, setting up and dismantling stations. Clean, disinfect and maintain an organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations, and regular emptying of trash cans.

- Wear the correct uniform according to the standard and maintain the highest level of personal hygiene.

- Attend daily team briefings to prepare for the shift.

- Supervise, guide and train others as necessary.

- Attend Soho Learn and House Tonic trainings and events to improve skills, knowledge and passion.

- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding code of conduct, health and safety, protection and confidentiality.

- Support the team as needed.

- Develop and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with the team, treating everyone with kindness and respect.

Cómo Barback en Soho House Barcelona, tiene la responsabilidad de asegurarse que la limpieza y los suministros del Bar están a la orden del día. 

- Brindar un servicio cálido, amable y eficiente.

- Asegurarse de que el bar esté completamente abastecido en todo momento, incluyendo la reposición de hielo, licores y mezcladores, la preparación de guarniciones y la reposición de copas.

- Limpiar la cristalería y guardar las copas de forma segura y en el lugar correcto.

- Limpiar cocteleras, removedores, coladores y demás utensilios de bar y asegurar que estén en su lugar correcto.

- Recoger y reponer bebidas del almacén. Reponer vinos, mezcladores, licores, pajitas, servilletas y guarniciones.

- Recoger la cristalería del bar, mesas y otras secciones.

- Servir las bebidas del bar a las mesas cuando sea necesario.

- Asegurarse de que se sigan e implementen todos los procedimientos operativos estándar.

- Asistir a los bartenders en el buen funcionamiento del bar.

- Realizar los procedimientos de apertura y cierre, incluyendo, entre otros, el montaje y desmontaje de las estaciones. Limpiar, desinfectar y mantener un entorno de trabajo organizado, garantizando el cumplimiento de todas las normas de higiene y seguridad, y el vaciado regular de las papeleras.

- Usar el uniforme correcto según el estándar y mantener el más alto nivel de higiene personal.

- Asistir a las reuniones informativas diarias del equipo para prepararse para el turno.

- Supervisar, guiar y capacitar a otros según sea necesario.

- Asistir a las capacitaciones y eventos de Soho Learn y House Tonic para mejorar las habilidades, los conocimientos y la pasión.

- Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa en relación con el código de conducta, la salud y la seguridad, la protección y la confidencialidad.

- Apoyar al equipo según sea necesario.

- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas, productivas y profesionales con el equipo, tratando a todos con amabilidad y respeto.
