What challenge do we propose?

We are looking for a Payment Operations Analyst for an important client in the banking sector.

Main responsibilities:

What you'll do


• Control and daily management of transactional payment operations for Grupo Santander branches.
• End-to-end follow-up of the payment operations process.
• Resolution and escalation of operational incidents.
• Capture and posting of manual payment settlements ordered by clients.
• Management of alerts and error repair queues in SWIFT messaging.
• Accounting reconciliation and identification and resolution of discrepancies in suspense and correspondent accounts.
• Coordination and communication with different teams to resolve incidents, minimizing client impact.
• Communication with customer service areas to report on the status of settlements.
• Follow-up of technological and operational incidents throughout the entire process cycle.
