At Sopra Steria we want to expand our team of Cloud Engineers who will be part of our Cloud Center of Excellence

Resolve issues in the area that are not documented and act as the technical reference for the squad.

Administer and evolve the cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters of the area.

Design and maintain the Terraform modules and Ansible roles used by the team.

Design the area's deployment pipelines and their quality controls.

Train and support the L2A and L1B profiles of the squad.

Address the root cause of recurring incidents so they do not happen again.

Log activity in ServiceNow and keep the CMDB accurate and up to date.

Participate in the on-call rotation when assigned to the corresponding area.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cloud engineer, DevOps, or SRE in production environments, having been the technical point of reference for a team.

• Cloud: Azure as the primary provider and AWS within scope - compute, networking (VPC/VNet), IAM, storage, load balancing, and managed services.

• Kubernetes and containers: EKS and AKS, Helm, cluster deployment and operation.

• Infrastructure as code: Terraform (essential) and Ansible.

• Observability and cloud security applied to operations.

• Operation under service level agreements with logging in ServiceNow.

Essential certification: at least one Associate-level certification from a hyperscaler; CKA highly valued.

En Sopra Steria queremos ampliar nuestro equipo de Ingenieros cloud que formarán parte de nuestro Centro de Excelencia Cloud

Resolver los problemas del área que no están documentados y actuar como referencia técnica del squad.

Administrar y evolucionar la infraestructura cloud y los clústeres de Kubernetes del área.

Diseñar y mantener los módulos de Terraform y los roles de Ansible que usa el equipo

Diseñar los pipelines de despliegue del área y sus controles de calidad.

Formar y apoyar a los perfiles L2A y L1B del squad.

Atacar la causa raíz de las incidencias repetidas para que dejen de entrar.

Registrar la actividad en ServiceNow y mantener la CMDB exacta y al día.

Participar en el retén por rotación cuando corresponda al área asignada.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años como ingeniero cloud, DevOps o SRE en entornos productivos, habiendo sido la persona de referencia técnica de un equipo.

• Cloud: Azure como proveedor principal y AWS en alcance - cómputo, redes (VPC/VNet), IAM, almacenamiento, balanceo y servicios gestionados.

• Kubernetes y contenedores: EKS y AKS, Helm, despliegue y operación del clúster.

• Infraestructura como código: Terraform (imprescindible) y Ansible.

• Observabilidad y seguridad cloud aplicadas a la operación.

• Operación bajo acuerdos de nivel de servicio con registro en ServiceNow.

Certificación fundamental: al menos una Associate de un hyperscaler; CKA muy valorable.
