What we're looking for

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, with transversal technical responsibility over several teams or areas.
• Cloud: Azure as the primary provider and AWS within scope — compute, networking (VPC/VNet), IAM, storage, load balancing, and managed services.
• Kubernetes and containers: EKS and AKS, Helm, cluster deployment, and operation.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform (essential) and Ansible.
• CI/CD on Azure DevOps and version control in Git.
• Observability and cloud security applied to operations.
• Operation under service level agreements with logging in ServiceNow.

The role

What challenge do we propose?

- Define the transversal technical model of the service
- Establish the standards for infrastructure as code, pipelines, and quality common to the entire team.
- Drive the efficiency engine, measure effort savings, and evidence them in ServiceNow.
- Be responsible for the security posture towards the client and for the committed remediation deadlines.
- Coordinate a virtual squad formed by engineers
- Act as a technical reference
