What challenge do we propose?

● Capture and maintain the catalogs and mappings (Requirements, Business, IS, Data, and Infrastructure) of the Architecture.
● Participate in governance committees to validate the alignment of transformations or solutions with the target architecture and standards.
● Respect and apply the company's architecture principles and framework (Architecture Framework).

● Propose transformation and IS simplification scenarios.
● Advise and support Project Managers and Solution/Business Architects during the study phase to define transition scenarios that respect strategic objectives.
● Assess the impact of new solutions (costs, risks, security, timelines) on the existing architecture.

● Integrate developments in the Architecture Framework.

● Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Big Data, Cybersecurity, etc.), methods (Agile, DevOps), and new uses.
● Identify and promote innovative solutions and practices capable of delivering value to the company.

Aerospace and Transportation

What are we looking for?

● Experience in Enterprise Architecture: Mastery of the main frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), languages (Archimate, BPMN, UML), and modeling tools (Enterprise Architect, Aris).
● Understanding of strategic challenges: Ability to capture and analyze transformation needs.
● Business alignment: Strong ability to understand business processes and regulatory constraints.
● Broad IS knowledge: Good knowledge of application and technical architectures and data management (data sourcing).
● Risk and security management: Good knowledge of cybersecurity challenges, compliance (GDPR, Export Control, etc.), and risk management.

¿Qué reto proponemos?

● Capturar y mantener los catálogos y cartografías (Requisitos, Negocio, SI, Datos e Infraestructura) de la Arquitectura.
● Participar en los comités de gobernanza para validar la alineación de las transformaciones o soluciones con la arquitectura objetivo y los estándares.
● Respetar y aplicar los principios y el marco de arquitectura de la empresa (Framework de Arquitectura).

● Proponer escenarios de transformación y de simplificación del SI
● Asesorar y acompañar a los Jefes de Proyecto y a los Arquitectos de Solución/Negocio en fase de estudio, para definir escenarios de transición respetando los Objetivos estratégicos
● Evaluar el impacto de las nuevas soluciones (costes, riesgos, seguridad, plazos) sobre la arquitectura existente.

● Integrar las evoluciones del framework de Arquitectura

● Asegurar una vigilancia sobre las tecnologías emergentes (IA, Cloud, Big Data, Ciberseguridad, etc.), los métodos (Agile, DevOps) y los nuevos usos.
● Identificar y promover soluciones y prácticas innovadoras susceptibles de aportar valor a la empresa.

Aeroespacial y Transporte

¿Qué buscamos?

● Experiencia en Arquitectura de Empresa: Dominio de los principales frameworks (ej.: TOGAF, Zachman), lenguajes (Archimate, BPMN, UML) y herramientas de modelado (Enterprise Architect, Aris).
● Comprensión de los retos estratégicos: Capacidad para capturar y analizar las necesidades de transformación.
● Alineación negocio: Fuerte capacidad para comprender los procesos de negocio y las restricciones regulatorias.
● Conocimientos de SI amplios: Buen conocimiento de arquitecturas aplicativas, técnicas y de la gestión de datos (data sourcing).
● Gestión de riesgos y seguridad: Buen conocimiento de los retos de ciberseguridad, de conformidad (RGPD, Export Control, etc.) y de la gestión de riesgos.
