The role
As our Global Graphic & Motion Designer, you will own the visual identity of SQLI’s global brand and be responsible for a clear business outcome: keeping our brand consistent, high-quality, and effective across every market we operate in. Embedded within the Global Marketing team, you will have the scope to shape how SQLI looks and communicates across all international markets (France, UK, Germany, Nordics, Middle East, etc.).
You will create high-quality, effective visual assets that strengthen the SQLI brand, dynamic motion graphics, and user-centric digital touchpoints. Working hand-in-hand with the Global Communications Lead, you will ensure visual consistency while supporting global campaigns, enterprise event designs, and corporate communication strategies. While your core mission is to drive brand and lead-generation marketing, you will also provide punctual creative support to our HR teams for key employer branding and internal communication visual assets.
What you'll do
Core accountabilities:
Brand Development & Consistency: Own and evolve the SQLI global brand identity. Create and maintain international design guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and premium look across all digital and physical channels.
Motion Graphics & Video Assets: Conceptualise, storyboard, and animate high-quality motion graphics, video intros, animated social media assets, and event teasers to drive engagement across digital campaigns.
International Asset Production: Partner with regional marketing teams to build and own a scalable library of localised marketing assets, including digital banners, sales enablement decks, and whitepaper layouts, with the autonomy to set standards and adapt the library as regional needs evolve.
Collaboration with Communications Lead: Work closely with the Global Communications Lead to visually translate corporate messages, PR announcements, employee branding initiatives, and strategic executive presentations.
Supporting activities:
HR, Employer Branding & Internal Comms: Partner with HR on visual assets for recruitment campaigns, talent acquisition, employee advocacy, and employer branding, and turn internal communications, culture announcements, and onboarding experiences into engaging formats, for example newsletters, workplace graphics, and culture videos.
Event Visual Design: Design the overarching visual concepts and physical/digital branding elements for key international corporate events, webinars, and global industry trade shows.
