Senior Graphic Designer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design roles, art direction, or similar positions (ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brand environments).

• Demonstrable experience coordinating or mentoring junior or mid-level design profiles, ensuring correct workload distribution and deadline fulfillment.

• Demonstrable experience in Packaging design and printed materials.

• Advanced mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud environment (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and fluency working both online and offline (signage, packaging, etc...).

• Mastery of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to Design (Midjourney, Firefly,...)

• Experience in the planning and monitoring of creative projects with management tools (Asana or similar), including control of timings, deliverables, and priorities.

• Ability to interpret briefings from different areas (Brand, Product, Retail, E-commerce) and translate them into visual proposals aligned with brand and business objectives.

• Highly developed visual criteria and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, managing feedback and prioritizing requests in changing contexts.

• A very organized, proactive, and results-oriented person, comfortable working with multiple projects in parallel and with the ability to anticipate possible blockages or risks in execution.

• Good level of English, both written and oral, allowing work with international documentation, references, and suppliers

• Coordination and supervision of the design team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and ensuring the fulfillment of the area's objectives.

• Guaranteeing an efficient distribution of the workload as well as the correct flow of communication within the team.

• Planning and control of area projects by establishing deadlines and ensuring their fulfillment.

• Ensuring that all visual brand assets maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and business focus.

• Supervision and validation of deliverables before publication, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelines (Signage, mailings, creatives for ad campaigns, social media content, and packaging elements)

• Interdepartmental coordination, acting as a point of contact between the design department and other areas, ensuring a correct understanding of briefings and execution aligned with business objectives.

• Priority management and incident resolution by proposing agile and effective solutions.

• Anticipating possible risks in project execution and guaranteeing work continuity.

• Ensuring the organization and traceability of work, guaranteeing the correct use of project management tools (tasks, deadlines, and responsible parties).

• Exploring and integrating Artificial Intelligence tools that contribute to optimizing creative processes.
