The role

What you'll do

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the execution and evolution of a connected digital ecosystem within a complex technology environment.

This role is responsible for day-to-day product ownership across multiple digital touchpoints, including device software, mobile applications, backend services, connectivity solutions, and third-party integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for backlog management, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap.
  • Translate business and product objectives into:
    • User stories
    • Features
    • Acceptance criteria
    • Sprint priorities
  • Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and actionable.
  • Coordinate delivery across digital platforms, connected devices, and backend systems.
  • Monitor progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and blockers.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and workstreams.
  • Support continuous improvement of product features and user experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Data & Analytics, Architecture, and Business teams.
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Release Management

  • Support release planning and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate testing readiness and quality assurance processes.
  • Participate in launch and rollout activities.
  • Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover to support teams.

Customer Experience

  • Contribute to delivering seamless and consistent user experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Champion customer-centric thinking and usability best practices.
  • Support continuous enhancements based on customer feedback and insights.

Data & Performance Management

  • Monitor product performance and operational metrics.
  • Use analytics and data-driven insights to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Provide regular delivery and status updates.
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, planning workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure visibility and transparency across all participating teams.
