The role

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for Barmans/ Barkeepers to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).
What you'll do
• Perform the complete mise en place of the bar before service (liquors, wines, beers, ice, and glassware).
• Continuously replenish beverages, ice, and garnishes during service.
• Collect and wash glassware and return it to service points.
• Manage bar stock following FIFO rotation.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the bar.
• Communicate breakages, shortages, or incidents to the supervisor.
How you'll work
• Permanent seasonal contract linked to the event.
• From September 10 to 13, 2026 (full availability required for all 4 days).
Where?
IFEMA Madrid (IFEMA Trade Fair Center – Avenida del Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid).
Uniform
Black suit, white shirt, and black shoes (uniform pending final confirmation with the agency).
