At Staff Global Group, we are looking for Chef / Kitchen staff in a BACKUP modality to provide support during an important event that will take place at IFEMA Madrid.

In case of activation, you will be able to support the kitchen team depending on the needs of the service.

Tasks may include

• Support in the preparation and cooking of food.
• Mise en place and organization of the station.
• Plating and presentation of dishes.
• Support during kitchen service.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workstation.
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Adaptation to service needs and teamwork.

The assignment of tasks will depend on the needs of the service and the experience and knowledge of each candidate.

• 1 hour of in-person backup: €17.50 gross.
• 2 hours of in-person backup: €28 gross.
• In the event of activation, the additional hours worked will be paid according to the corresponding conditions.

We are looking for kitchen profiles who will be present at IFEMA for 1 or 2 hours, prepared to cover possible absences, last-minute needs, or team expansions.

⚠️ Availability implies being physically at IFEMA during the assigned backup hours. This is not about being available from home.

In the event that you are activated, you will proceed to perform the corresponding service during the hours indicated to you.

• Black chef jacket, black chef hat, and apron: provided by the client.
• On the part of the worker: black trousers and non-slip safety footwear.
