Job Responsibilities

Receptionist - Madrid

We are looking for a junior professional to join our Workplace Solutions team in Madrid as a Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for someone with a professional, service-oriented attitude who is eager to learn and develop in an international corporate environment.

What we're looking for

• A professional, welcoming and customer-focused approach.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop.
• English is essential, as the role regularly supports international visitors and colleagues.
• Basic administrative knowledge and confidence using common office tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, organization and attention to detail.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting employees, visitors and the wider CRES team.

What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and provide professional front-desk support.
• Help with day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks.
• Support meeting rooms, deliveries, office supplies and workplace requests.
• Work closely with the CRES team to help create a smooth, welcoming and well-organized workplace experience.
