The role

We are looking for an Assembly Line Quality Technician profile to guarantee the quality of parts from their entry into the plant until the shipment of the assembled units to the customer, following internal procedures and IATF and SGCMA regulations.

What you'll do

Verify the quality of each step of the assembly process performed by the operators.
Check tightening torques, graphic documentation, management of part rejections, and non-conformities.
Perform measurements of the different tightening torques according to the established frequencies.
Verify that the obtained values are correct and record the corresponding results.
Review the plant's daily scrap and customer incidents to detect the origin of rejections and establish corrective actions.
Record incidents in the system and prepare the corresponding reports.
Manage the identification and shipment of rejected material for validation.
