What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in Data, with experience as an Architect or Tech Lead.
Solid experience in Data Engineering and applied Data Science.
Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage) and/or Azure or AWS.
Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
Experience with Spark/PySpark, dbt, and Airflow.

The role

At Grupo Tecdata, we are looking for a Tech Lead with a focus on Data and Artificial Intelligence to lead the creation and evolution of our Data & IA practice.

This is a foundational role, reporting directly to the CTO, in which you will have the opportunity to define the architecture, lead projects, build a team, participate in pre-sales, and convert business opportunities into proprietary capabilities and solutions.

Define the data architecture and standards of the practice.
Technically lead Data, Machine Learning, and IA projects from start to finish.

Mentor and grow the internal Data & IA team.
