- Residency in Barcelona: It is fundamental that you reside in the city of Barcelona to facilitate the logistics of the service. 📍
- High Level of Catalan: Fluent command of Catalan, both spoken and written, for effective communication with a significant portion of our passengers and for the development of your duties.
- High Level of English: Fluent command of English, both spoken and written, to be able to serve a diverse international clientele. 🗣️
- Immediate Availability: We need you to be able to join our team without delay.
- Personality: We are looking for an extroverted, proactive, and responsible person with a clear orientation toward service and customer satisfaction.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in similar positions (guide, customer service, hospitality, tourism).
- Knowledge of the city of Barcelona and its points of interest.

As a Bus Guide, you will be the face of our company, providing an exceptional experience to our passengers during their journeys. Your main mission will be to ensure that every trip is comfortable, informative, and memorable, proactively managing customer service and resolving any eventualities that may arise.
What you'll do
- Customer Service: Offering high-quality service to all passengers, responding to their questions, needs, and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner. 👋
- Accompanying and Support: Providing assistance throughout the entire bus route, ensuring the well-being and safety of the passengers.
- Information and Orientation: Providing relevant information about the route, points of interest, and any other necessary details so that passengers can enjoy their experience.
- Incident Resolution: Acting with speed and professionalism in the face of any unforeseen situation or problem that may arise, always seeking the best solution.
- Collaboration: Working in close collaboration with the driving staff and other team members to guarantee the smoothness and success of the service.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring compliance with the company's internal regulations and safety guidelines.
