WHAT DO WE DO IN THE TEAM?

In the Identity & Cryptography unit at Telefónica Tech, we manage and operate critical identity infrastructures, digital certification, and trust services for public entities and large organizations. Our team is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and proper operation of PKI platforms, HSMs, and Security Services that support authentication, encryption, electronic signature, and sensitive information protection processes.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

Your mission will be to ensure the correct operation, administration, and evolution of PKI platforms and Security Services, guaranteeing service continuity and compliance with established security requirements.

Your day-to-day:

Administer and operate PKI infrastructures and Security Services platforms.

Manage incidents and support requests related to digital certificates and authentication services.

Monitor the proper functioning of the platform and associated systems.

Participate in resolving access incidents for corporate information systems.

Manage application and service registrations within the PKI ecosystem.

Administer certificate stores, keystores (JKS), and cryptographic components.

Carry out maintenance, update, and continuous improvement tasks on the platform.

Administer HSM devices and ensure proper cryptographic key management.

Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.

Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure service delivery.

Experience

More than 1 year of experience administering PKI systems or security platforms.

Experience in public administration environments or projects with high security requirements.

Experience managing electronic signature platforms, digital certificates, or authentication services.

Experience in support, operation, and resolution of technical incidents.

Experience working under ITIL service management methodologies.

Education

Required:

Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualification in the ICT field.

CISSP certification.

KeyOne / Safelayer certification.

TrustedX Security Services Platform certification.

Advanced Programming XRA Safelayer certification.

HSM Luna Safenet certification.

HSM nCipher certification.

HSM REALSEC certification.

Desirable:

Entrust nShield Certified Systems Engineer (nCSE).

Entrust PKI certification.

HSM EPICOM certification.

ITIL v4.

Technical knowledge

Administration of Safelayer and Entrust PKI infrastructures.

Administration of the TrustedX Security Services Platform.

Management and administration of Luna Safenet HSMs.

Management and administration of nCipher (nShield) HSMs.

Administration of REALSEC HSMs.

Management of digital certificates and applied cryptography.
