Lead the end-to-end management of the Express Entry and Rotation categories, with full ownership of their value proposition, financial performance, customer experience, and commercial evolution. The role aims to transform the management of these categories from a model centered on price, occupancy, and average revenue to one based on customer, value, margin, and sustainable profitability. You will be responsible for designing, activating, and evolving the strategy for both categories, coordinating Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, Data, CX, Finance, and Sales to turn business opportunities into measurable results.

What you'll do

  • Define the growth strategy for Express Entry and Rotation.
  • Build the commercial roadmap for each category.
  • Manage the category with a P&L mindset: revenue, margin, profitability, conversion, recurrence, and satisfaction.
  • Identify profitable growth opportunities based on data, customer insights, and market signals.
  • Define business priorities and translate them into concrete actions with impact.
  • Design and evolve the value proposition for each category by customer segment.
  • Bring the customer voice, usage behavior, CX feedback, and digital analytics into decision-making.
  • Detect friction points in the Express Entry and Rotation experience and coordinate improvement plans.
  • Ensure every initiative addresses a real customer need, not just a transactional opportunity.
  1. Pricing, promotions, and revenue management
  • Define pricing, promotion, and commercial activation strategies.
  • Analyze elasticity, conversion, average ticket, frequency, margin, and price sensitivity.
  • Design A/B tests and commercial pilots to validate growth hypotheses.
  • Optimize the balance between occupancy, rotation, average revenue, margin, and customer experience and value.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of campaigns, discounts, new rates, or product changes.
  1. Commercial management and go-to-market
  • Lead the commercial plan for Express Entry and Rotation.
  • Coordinate campaigns with Marketing for acquisition, activation, recurrence, and loyalty.
  • Work with Product and Tech on developments that improve conversion, usage, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure proper implementation at parking facilities.
  • Prepare business cases, presentations, and recommendations for decision committees.
  1. Performance analysis and continuous improvement
  • Monitor category performance on a weekly basis.
  • Create and use category dashboards with business, customer, and profitability KPIs.
  • Identify deviations, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses for management.
  • Turn learnings from pilots and campaigns into scalable best practices.
  1. Cross-functional leadership
  • Act as the internal point of reference for Express Entry and Rotation.
  • Mobilize teams without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Align stakeholders around common category objectives.
  • Promote a network-based culture: fewer silos, more customer focus, more impact.
  • Participate in category forums, innovation initiatives, and commercial reviews.

What you'll get

  • Join a leading company in sustainable mobility and digital transformation.
  • Collaborative, dynamic environment with real social impact.
  • Permanent contract
  • Fixed salary: €38k–44k depending on experience
  • Variable salary: 15%
  • Full-time position with flexible working hours and partial remote work (1 day/week).
  • 22 vacation days + 5 Telpark days.
  • Employee club BeWell and flexible compensation (PayFlow)
  • Professional development opportunities in sustainability, quality, safety, and innovation.

If you want to be part of a growing company in the midst of a digital and cultural transformation, this is your moment.
