Job Title: AI Product Owner

What will make you succeed in this position?
- Hold a technical or higher engineering degree
- Have 5-10 years of experience in digital products/digital transformation.
- Have good comprehension and communication skills in English.
- Have experience in operational processes.
- Have the ability to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Have knowledge of: predictive, generative, and agentic AI. Basic data concepts (quality, features, governance) and the ability to design AI-based use cases. Programming is not required, but understanding how models work and how to apply them is.
- Have knowledge of Digital Architectures and Data Platforms.
- Familiarity with: APIs, DevOps / DataOps / MLOps.
- Experience in Digital Product Management: Backlog, Roadmap, and an impact-oriented approach with a focus on value delivery.
- Have analytical thinking and leadership skills.
Position Responsibilities
- Understand business processes alongside Process Owners (Operations, Maintenance, Planning, etc.) and identify AI use cases, inventory them, and enforce the group's AI Policy.
- Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation through AI.
- Translate business problems into:
- AI Use Cases (predictive, generative, agentic)
- Product features
- Data and model requirements
- Define, together with the AI team, solutions based on: Predictive Models (ML) + Copilots (GenAI) + Autonomous Agents.
- Specify: necessary inputs/outputs, functional logic, and user experience alongside the UX-UI team. Build a detailed and prioritized backlog.
- Develop Business Cases (impact vs. effort) with the support of Process Owners, the Operational Excellence area, and the AI team.
- Prioritize initiatives and the backlog based on: business impact, technical feasibility, and data availability. Align the Roadmap with Business and Technology.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle. Validate developments and ensure their adoption.
- Define and track metrics: Adoption, Operational Efficiency, ROI, and model performance.
