What you'll do

  • Detail-oriented work on defining complex processes.
  • Stakeholder management for requirements gathering, needs management, and project planning from conception to go-to-market with areas such as: business, technology, data, legal, design, marketing, etc.
  • Defining solutions based on data from the needs of: business, customer, technological landscape. Generating functional documentation and prioritization of features with the expected outcomes.
  • Identifying and defining improvements focused on user insights, current experience, etc., relying on data (transactions, analytics, behaviors, research studies, etc.).

What you'll get

  • Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period
  • Fixed salary: 40-45k depending on the candidate's experience
  • Variable salary: 10%

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.5 hours of effective work (flexible start from 8 to 10 and between 30 and 90 minutes for lunch). Fridays 7 hours (8 to 15).
  • Intensive working hours in summer (last week of June to first week of September inclusive) and Christmas from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
