Hotel Housekeeper Madrid 37 HOURS

From Temporing externalización we are selecting a housekeeper for an important hotel located in the center of Madrid.

Functions:

• Clean and tidy the assigned rooms according to the hotel's standards.

• Change bed linen and towels appropriately.

• Restock amenities and necessary supplies in the rooms.

• Report any damage or maintenance needs in the rooms to the corresponding department.

• Comply with the cleaning standards and safety and hygiene protocols established by the hotel.

• Attend to guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Basic education.

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar position.

• Skills: Organization and Planning at work, initiative, tolerance for stress, and attention to detail.

• Training related to hotel cleaning and maintenance is desirable.

• Candidates with a disability certificate (≥33%) will be valued.

We offer:

• Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of renewal up to 6 months.

• Salary according to the Madrid Lodging agreement.

• Part-time schedule of 37 hours per week, working Monday to Sunday, with the corresponding two weekly days off.

Desde Temporing externalización seleccionamos un/a camarero/a de pisos para importante hotel ubicado en el Centro de Madrid.

Funciones:

• Limpiar y ordenar las habitaciones asignadas de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel.

• Cambiar la ropa de cama y las toallas de manera adecuada.

• Reponer los amenities y suministros necesarios en las habitaciones.

• Reportar cualquier daño o necesidad de mantenimiento en las habitaciones al departamento correspondiente.

• Cumplir con los estándares de limpieza y protocolos de seguridad e higiene establecidos por el hotel.

• Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera cortés y eficiente.

• Estudios básicos.

• Experiencia mínima 12 meses en puesto similar.

• Competencias: Organización y Planificación en el trabajo, iniciativa, tolerancia al estrés y atención al detalle.

• Deseable formación relacionada en limpieza y mantenimiento hotelero.

• Se valorará que la persona cuente con un certificado de discapacidad (≥33%).

Se ofrece:

• Contrato inicial de 3 meses con posibilidad de renovación hasta 6 meses.

• Salario de acuerdo a convenio de Hospedaje de Madrid.

• Jornada parcial de 37 horas semanales en horario de Lunes a Domingo, con sus dos días de fiestas semanales correspondientes.
