About the role

From Temporing externalización we are selecting a housekeeper for an important hotel located in the center of Madrid.

Functions:

What you'll do

  • Clean and tidy the assigned rooms according to the hotel's standards.

  • Change bed linen and towels appropriately.

  • Restock amenities and necessary supplies in the rooms.

  • Report any damage or maintenance needs in the rooms to the corresponding department.

  • Comply with the cleaning standards and safety and hygiene protocols established by the hotel.

  • Attend to guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

What we're looking for

  • Basic education.

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar position.
