A company in the agricultural sector is looking to add an administrative assistant to its team in Valladolid.
What you'll do
- Answering and managing telephone calls.
- Reception duties (truck drivers, staff, mail, delivery drivers).
- Organizing and filing office documentation.
- Creating and reviewing all crops necessary for traceability control in the ERPAgro computer system, as well as deactivating those from the previous year.
- Creating sketches of each plot with its SIGPAC information and uploading them to GD.
- Registering planting batches for each crop, based on the daily records from technicians according to the actual planting being carried out.
- Preparation, coordination, and monitoring of pallets.
- Preparation and printing of labels, both official labels from the Junta de Castilla y León and those required by specific customers in their case to maintain traceability.
- Preparation, printing, and delivery of shipping documentation for the goods loaded at these facilities during that period.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in the agricultural sector is valued
