We are looking for an administrative assistant for an important company dedicated to the Industrial sector in Algete.

Functions:

Administrative management of the Technical and Purchasing departments, ensuring the correct registration, updating, and monitoring of information in the ERP.

Control of incidents, documentation, orders, and technician activity, guaranteeing a clear view of the status of jobs, pending tasks, and coordination with suppliers.

Initial contract through a temporary employment agency, with real possibilities of permanent incorporation into the staff.

Salary of €20,000 gross per year.

Working days from Monday to Thursday with a flexible start time between 08:00 and 09:00 h, and finish time according to the workday.

On Fridays, intensive schedule from 08:00 to 15:00 h.
