Appliance Repair Technician

Educational requirements and experience:

· Experience in a service/technical or manufacturing environment.

· Basic knowledge of English.

Technical skills:

· Ability to diagnose and repair electronic and electromechanical equipment.

· Handling of manual tools, power tools, and specific equipment.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, handling of management software such as Salesforce.

· Reading and interpretation of technical manuals.

Important luxury appliance company requests a technician for its workshop in the After-Sales service department

Main functions and tasks:

· Diagnosis, repair, and validation of appliances following brand standards.

· Compliance with repair deadlines.

· Improvement of the first-time repair rate.

· Checking and locating spare parts received from the warehouse.

· Checking the exchange and scrap process according to guidelines.

· Participation in new product training and following brand guidelines.

· Identification of counterfeit products according to guides.

· Global support in workshop activities (covering the entire repair flow).

· Collaboration in local and European projects and initiatives.

· Management of repair orders in Salesforce, ensuring SLA compliance.

· Quality feedback to the Workshop Coordinator to improve market service and customer experience.

· Packing and unpacking of products including correct waste management.

· Promotion of teamwork within the workplace.
