Manager and Customer Service (Commercial Office)

Duties:

In-person customer service at the commercial office.

• Handling complaints, billing, social bonuses, and incidents.

• Cross-selling of energy products, services, and telephony.

• Marketing of heating and air conditioning equipment.

• Recruiting external collaborators (calls, mailings, visits...).

What we offer

. Stable contract: initial 6 months through a staffing agency with possibility of continuity

. Base salary €17,400/year gross + unlimited commissions

. Competitive compensation with commissions from the first sale, which can double the base salary

. Full-time, 40 hours per week

. Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 hours from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Funciones:

Atención presencial al cliente en oficina comercial.

• Gestión de reclamaciones, facturación, bonos sociales e incidencias.

• Venta cruzada de productos energéticos, servicios y telefonía.

• Comercialización de equipos de climatización y calefacción.

• Captación de colaboradores externos (llamadas, mailing, visitas…).

. Contrato estable: inicial 6 meses ETT con posibilidad de continuidad

. Salario Base 17400€/ b anual + comisiones sin límite máximo

. Retribución competitiva con comisiones desde la primera venta, que pueden duplicar salario base
