At Adecco Selección, we are looking for Store Managers and Butchery Managers for a supermarket in the Girona area.

We are looking for organized, resourceful people with strong communication skills, accustomed to leading teams and driving the day-to-day operations of the point of sale or the fresh produce section.

Main duties

Management and coordination of the work team.

Organization of schedules, shifts, and staff planning.

Supervision of the proper functioning of the store or the butchery section.

Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving incidents.

Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (especially in butchery).

Proposing improvement actions and process optimization to increase efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience in similar positions: store management or fresh produce sections (butchery, delicatessen, etc.).

Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

Residence in the Girona area or nearby.

Results-oriented, customer-focused, and strong organizational skills.
