Industrial Grinder

• Demonstrable previous experience in the position and in the use of industrial grinders.
• Proven skill in work involving hundredths or micron tolerances.
• Availability to work on a 3-shift basis.
• Residency in the area or own vehicle for commuting to the workplace

An important company in the industrial sector located in Abanto y Ciérvana (Bizkaia) is looking to hire an experienced Grinder to join its high-precision production team.

Main duties:

• Handling and adjustment of grinding machines (surface, cylindrical, internal, or centerless).
• Grinding of metal parts with high precision following blueprint specifications.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and geometric tolerances.
• Verification of dimensions and very tight tolerances using micrometric measuring instruments.
• Preparation, balancing, and changing of abrasive grinding wheels.
• Rigorous quality control of manufactured parts and correction of deviations during the machining process.
• Basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of the machinery under their charge.
