About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Technician to comprehensively manage both the recruitment processes and the administrative side of the HR area of a transport company located in Madrid.

What you'll do

DUTIES TO PERFORM:

·Comprehensive management of the payroll cycle.

·Preparation and review of salary payslips.

·Calculation and management of final settlements and severance payments.

·Processing of registrations, cancellations and data changes with Social Security.

·Preparation, modification and communication of employment contracts.

·Management of social insurance contributions using SILTRA and the RED System.
