Teleoperator/Operator Sales Energy Sector + Valencian (Valencia)

We are currently looking for TELEOPERATORS/OPERATORS to work on a campaign in the ENERGY sector, selling their services 100% REMOTELY (except for 1 day of in-person training)

FUNCTIONS:

- Cold selling of products or services in the energy sector (electricity and gas)

- Adapt the sale to the customer's needs, offering them the best advice 

WE OFFER:

-100% REMOTE WORK (except for the 3 days of training)

-PLANNED START DATE: April 8

-CONTRACT: 3 months through a staffing agency + possible permanent hire

-ONLINE TRAINING for the first 2 days (April 8 and 9) and the 3rd day IN-PERSON (April 10). Fully paid, with 6 hours of training each day.

-COMMISSIONS starting from the 3rd month, based on meeting targets

-The company will provide all the necessary equipment for remote work

SCHEDULES (will be assigned in order and according to availability of slots)

-MORNING SHIFT: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

-AFTERNOON SHIFT: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

-30 HOURS PER WEEK

-Good command of software programs

Actualmente buscamos TELEOPERADORES/AS para trabajar en una campaña del sector ENERGÉTICO realizando la venta de sus servicios de manera 100% REMOTA (a excepción de 1 día de formación presencial)

FUNCIONES:

- Venta fría de productos o servicios del sector energético (luz y gas)

- Adaptar la venta a las necesidades del cliente, ofreciéndole el mejor asesoramiento 

SE OFRECE:

-100% TELETRABAJO (excepto en los 3 días de formación)

-INCORPORACIÓN PREVISTA: 8 de abril

-CONTRATO: 3 meses a través de ETT + posible incorporación a plantilla

-FORMACION ONLINE los 2 primeros días (8 y 9 de abril) y el 3º día PRESENCIAL (10 de abril ). Completamente remunerada y 6h de formación cada día.

-COMISIONES a partir del 3er mes, en función de la consecución de objetivos

-La empresa proporcionará todo el equipo necesario para hacer teletrabajo

HORARIOS (se establecerán por orden y según disponibilidad de plazas)

-TURNO DE MAÑANA: 10:00 a 16:00h

-TURNO DE TARDE: 14:00 a 20:00h

-JORNADA 30H SEMANALES
