The role

At TENDAM (Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, women´secret, Springfield, Hoss Intropia, OOTO, Milano, Fifty, Dash and Stars, Hi&Bye, Slowlove...) we want to recruit a person with Visual Merchandising experience who has worked in the management and implementation of campaigns across several stores and with international markets within the fashion textile sector, to join our Franchise team.

The person entering this position will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of the global Visual Merchandising strategy of the assigned brands, within the Tendam group, across the international franchise network, ensuring image consistency, commercial product optimization, and a certain cultural adaptation to each market, contributing to the growth of sales, brand image, and the positioning of the different brands in the group's portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Implement and supervise the global Visual Merchandising strategy in franchised international markets.
  • Ensure the correct interpretation of the image guidelines of the assigned brands, campaigns, and launches.
  • Adapt visual guides to the cultural and commercial particularities of each country without compromising brand identity.
  • Act as the main interlocutor between headquarters and franchisees regarding Visual Merchandising.
  • Provide continuous support to franchisees to ensure compliance with visual standards.
  • Resolve issues related to implementations, layouts, window displays, and product presentation.
  • Supervise the correct implementation of collections, window displays, and commercial campaigns.
  • Coordinate openings, remodeling, and relocations of franchised stores.
  • Validate layouts, zoning, customer flow, and product placement according to commercial KPIs.
  • Design and deliver Visual Merchandising training to local teams and franchisees (in-person and online).
  • Create manuals, visual guides, and training materials.
  • Develop the visual autonomy of teams in each market.
  • Analyze commercial results (sales, turnover, density, stock) from a Visual Merchandising perspective.
  • Propose improvements based on KPIs, market feedback, and visual audit results.
  • Conduct store visits and prepare monitoring reports and action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, Expansion, and VM teams of the different brands.
  • Participate in the definition of campaign calendars and international launches.
  • Align franchise needs with the strategic priorities of headquarters.

MAIN TASKS:

  • Coordinate and optimize the visual merchandising of stores or corners directly with country managers and key franchisees, creating strong and trusting commercial relationships and, above all, seeking to correctly reflect the brands and extract the maximum potential from the spaces.
  • Follow up with the rest of the countries through a team of 3 managers distributed by geographic areas, being responsible for establishing uniformity in brand presentation, common commercial objectives, and regular guides or processes.
  • Be a brand ambassador during international travel, delivering specialized VM training to franchisees.
  • Maintain regular contact with franchisees, both via e-mail and video call, on a weekly basis.
  • Visit franchisees when required and necessary to provide the best support, for example, to perform store setups (autonomously, using VM knowledge to improve points of sale) or training for teams abroad.
  • Compile visual merchandising dossiers from each of the chains (i.e., the different brands in our portfolio) and adapt them to the realities of the franchisees. Translation of guides into English.
  • Handle IT tools that control the company's internal SharePoint, which the franchisee accesses to consult documents.
  • Manage newsletters and visual merchandising guides with the team, with the aim of communicating the brand strategy to our international franchisees.
  • Hold periodic meetings with the chain visuals of the different brands in our portfolio to follow up on news, maximize learning between departments, and collaborate on joint projects.
  • Be an active part of the organization and development of franchise conventions, establishing professional relationships with clients in person during those days.
  • Set up showrooms at a creative level, distributing and taking care of the presentation of our collections across all brands in the group.
  • Adapt visual merchandising guides, both in-store and in showrooms, regarding wall mounting and mannequin styling.
  • Manage a personal calendar to attend all required weekly meetings.
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of visual merchandising at different points of sale, with the goal of achieving commercial objectives.
  • Provide remote VM support to franchisees regarding installations and the opening of new points of sale.

How you'll work

Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, starting at 7:30h-9:30h and leaving between 17h-19h; intensive Fridays maintained all year round from 7:30-9:30h to 13h-15h.
