Requirements

Significant Visual Merchandising experience in luxury or premium multi-category retail, ideally in a regional or multi-store environment.
Proven leadership experience managing or influencing VM teams across multiple locations.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect VM decisions to commercial performance.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Store Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, multilingual environment.

You will drive the Visual Merchandising strategy across the Mediterranean region, covering Spain, Portugal, Greece, Morocco, Turkey, Israel, and Kazakhstan. By leading a team of Visual Merchandisers across the region, you will lead the execution of the Maisons Visual merchandising strategy across stores, pop ups and retail events to support brand consistency and commercial performance, elevate the Client experience, ensure consistent brand execution, and support business performance across a diverse and geographically dispersed market.

Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the interpretation and execution of the Maison visual merchandising strategy and visual identity and drive the regional VM strategy in partnership with the Merchandising Director, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand standards.
  • Translate global and regional VM guidelines into clear direction for local teams, adapting them to market needs while preserving consistency.
  • Oversee the execution of seasonal rotations, product launches, window installations, and regional activations across all store formats.
  • Ensure high standards of execution across the region through regular follow-up, feedback, and coordination with country teams and local suppliers.
  • Consolidate qualitative and commercial feedback from the stores and share key insights with the Zone Team.
  • Act as a Maison's ambassador for visual identity - coaching and inspiring teams to translate vision into action

Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with Store Managers to use Visual Merchandising as a lever to support sales, category priorities, and overall store performance.
  • Identify commercial opportunities through store and category performance analysis, and prioritize VM actions accordingly.
  • Support action plans for business priorities and focus for categories or stores, balancing business needs with brand and visual standards.
  • Bring store feedback and market realities into regional VM recommendations and decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional VM team, ensuring strong capability, engagement, and alignment with Louis Vuitton standards; fostering a culture of visual and creative excellence and ownership.
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support individual development and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning across the region.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong product sensibility and a deep understanding of the competitive luxury landscape across the region.
  • Consolidate market intelligence and best practices gathered by the VM team and share relevant insights with the Merchandising Director and zone Team.
