During your internship, you will join the Human Resources team at our Madrid-Leganés site, where you will assist the department with various tasks and projects, such as the following:

  • Organization and management of the Thales scholarship programme.
  • Support for the organization of Talent and Culture events.
  • Support for internal communications (announcements and communication campaigns, intranet management, etc.)
  • Management of the vacation tool and time registration.
  • Support for personnel administration tasks: management of social benefits, vacations, and permits, meal vouchers, etc.
  • Preparation of Onboarding documentation: employment contracts and incorporation documents, remote work agreements, etc.
  • Support for general departmental tasks.
  • And above all, lots of creativity and launching many new projects.
