During your internship, you will join the Human Resources team at our Madrid-Leganés site, where you will assist the department with various tasks and projects, such as the following:

• Organization and management of the Thales scholarship programme.
• Support for the organization of Talent and Culture events.
• Support for internal communications (announcements and communication campaigns, intranet management, etc.)
• Management of the vacation tool and time registration.
• Support for personnel administration tasks: management of social benefits, vacations, and permits, meal vouchers, etc.
• Preparation of Onboarding documentation: employment contracts and incorporation documents, remote work agreements, etc.
• Support for general departmental tasks.
• And above all, lots of creativity and launching many new projects.

Additionally, we would like you to meet the following requirements:

• A degree or Master's in fields related to the area: Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, HR Courses, or a Master's in HR, or similar.
• Have completed all the subjects of your degree/Master's (with only the final thesis pending).
• Advanced level of English (at least B2/C1).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be proactive and eager to learn in an international environment.

Durante tus prácticas, formarás parte del equipo de Recursos Humanos en nuestra sede de Madrid-Leganés donde ayudarás al departamento en diferentes tareas y proyectos como los siguientes:

• Organización y gestión del programa de becas de Thales
• Apoyo a la organización de eventos de Talento y Cultura.
• Apoyo en la comunicación interna (comunicados y campañas de comunicación, gestión de la intranet, etc.)
• Gestion de herramienta de vacaciones y registro de jornada
• Apoyo en tareas de Administración de personal: gestión de beneficios sociales, vacaciones y permisos, cheques de comida etc.
• Preparación de documentación de Onboarding: contratos de trabajo y documentos de incorporación, acuerdos de teletrabajo, etc.
• Soporte en tareas generales del Departamento.
• Y sobre todo, mucha creatividad y lanzamiento de muchos proyectos nuevos.

En primer lugar y más importante... ¡Jóvenes como tú! Que tienen ganas de aprender, que cuentan con energía y entusiasmo, y que además se sienten motivad@s por los nuevos retos y el trabajo en equipo.

Además, nos gustaría que cumplieses con los siguientes requisitos:

• Grado o Máster en titulaciones relacionadas con el área: Psicología, ADE, Relaciones Laborales, Cursos y Máster en RRHH, o similares.
• Haber finalizado todas las asignaturas del grado/máster (a falta exclusivamente del TFG/TFM).
• Alto nivel de inglés (al menos B2/C1).
• Conocimientos avanzados en Excel y Paquete Office
• Que tengas iniciativa y ganas de aprender en un entorno internacional.
