Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 3 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, especially ECP.
Official ECP certification (mandatory).
Demonstrable experience in Spanish payroll projects.
Residence in one of the following cities:
A Coruña, Barcelona, Bilbao, Gijón, Granada, Irún, Lisbon, Madrid, Málaga, Oviedo, Palma de Mallorca, Pontevedra, Reus, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Valencia.

Nice to have

Experience implementing the Time Tracking module.
Intermediate to advanced English level.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Approximate rate: 58 €/hour.

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are hiring a Senior Consultant specialized in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for implementation projects focused on Spanish payroll. If you have solid experience in SuccessFactors, ECP certification, and you are passionate about working with clients in dynamic environments, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Lead the implementation of the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module for Spanish payroll.
Participate in international projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
System configuration, parameterization, and testing.
Advise clients on best practices and process optimization.
Coordinate with other modules, especially Time Tracking, when necessary.
