Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience as a Senior SAP PP/DS / MRP Consultant in S/4HANA.
Strong command of:
- Planning heuristics
- Optimization and sequencing
- Planning profiles
- Advanced MRP strategies
Proven experience in the Automotive sector.
Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PP modules.
Experience in analyzing algorithms and optimization models.
Ability to resolve complex incidents and work with key users.
Knowledge of the CIF integration model.
Languages
- Fluent Spanish
- Advanced English (B2 high / C1 ideal)
Availability for occasional travel to:
- Porto (Portugal)
- Valladolid
- Seville

The role

At The Whiteam we are looking for a Senior SAP MRP / PP-DS Consultant to join an AM Service within a transformation process to SAP S/4HANA at a leading multinational company in the Automotive sector.

The selected person will participate in evolutionary activities, corrective activities, rollouts, Go-Live support, and continuous improvement in highly critical production environments.

What you'll do

Participate in the AM service and functional support activities for SAP PP/DS in S/4HANA.
Execute tasks such as
- Evolutionary and corrective activities
- Rollouts / deployments
- Go-Live support
- Process optimization
Advanced configuration of SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
Define, parameterize, and execute MRP planning strategies and detailed scheduling (heuristics + optimizers).
Design and adjust planning profiles, sequencing, and optimization models.
Analyze PP/DS heuristic behaviors and align their execution with business needs.
Optimize key KPIs:
- Service level
- Inventory reduction
- Capacity efficiency
Integration with SAP MM, SD, PP modules and support for key users.
Resolution of complex incidents and functional documentation.
Integration through CIF (Core Interface).

How you'll work

Availability for occasional travel to Porto (Portugal), Valladolid, and Seville is required.

Project: AM Service in transition to S/4HANA - Automotive Sector.
Location: Spain (occasional travel included).
Work mode: Hybrid remote as needed (primarily remote).
Start date: Immediate.
Estimated duration: 6 months with a high probability of extension.
