• Ability to understand, modify, and create object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, and server-side Windows scripting and PowerShell.

• CCNA network knowledge will include routing protocols, TCP/UDP transmission, IP transit diagnosis, subnets, and implementing advanced troubleshooting, including the ability to collect and analyze data at the IP packet level.

• Knowledge of server administration across all operating system platforms, including understanding domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects, and the execution of SUDO policies.

At The Whiteam Consulting we are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in the administration and evolution of ServiceNow platforms. The selected person will participate in initiatives related to CMDB management, Discovery, Service Mapping, process automation, and integrations, contributing to the improvement and optimization of IT services in corporate environments.

• Management of users, groups, roles, ACL, SLA, assignment rules...

• Implementation of customized service catalogs to manage all types of requests: incidents, change requests, defects...

• Customization of instances through proprietary scripts (JavaScript / SN API): business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI actions.

• Email integrations.

• Development of integrations with SN via REST.

• Development of proprietary modules (creation of tables, indices, menus, and all associated logic, such as workflows, ACL, scripts...).
