The role

At The Whiteam Consulting we are looking for a SAP HCM-PY consultant on a full-time basis with experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining the payroll module within the SAP ERP Human Capital Management system.

What you'll do

• Requirements gathering and analysis: Solution proposal maximizing standard SAP functionalities.

• Execution of functional tasks: Design and detailed configuration of new developments and integrations with other systems.

• Preparation of training materials: Delivery of training to key users.

• Preparation, execution, and documentation of the test plan: Unit and integration tests.

• Support and assistance during the UAT phase: For key users.

• Progress reporting: Anticipating potential risks or schedule deviations.

• Management and resolution of service incidents.

• Strong communication skills: To help clients understand the impacts and benefits of the technology.
